The following percentages of the booked services will be charged, if the cancelled rooms cannot be sold to another party: 

till 21 days prior to date of arrival = no charges

21 to 14 days prior to date of arrival = 20 % of the arrangement

14 to 07 days prior to date of arrival = 40 % of the arrangement

07 to 00 days prior to date of arrival = 80 % of the arrangement

 · Euro information/payment: 

The winter rates (packages excluded) in Euro (1:1.30) are only valid by cash payment. Payment affected by bank card or credit card the prices in CHF are pegged to the daily exchange rates;

· We accept cash (CHF  and Euro), credit cards, PostCard and EC cards (please note your personal daily limits).

· Parking garage:
– in summer: CHF 8,00 per day
– in winter: CHF 15,00 per day and CHF 84,00 per week

· Local tax: CHF 2,30 per day and person (+12 years) - in winter

· Dog charge: CHF 15,00 per day - in summer

in winter only on enquiry CHF 25,00 per day

· Additional charge for breakfast buffet: CHF 126,00 per person and week, CHF 18,00 per person and day.

· All rates include the use of the in-house sauna and steam bath, as well as use of the indoor pool (not incl. pool sauna facilities), fitness gym in Hotel Chasa Montana and the spa facility at Hotel Silvretta.

· The summer rates include free use of the Bergbahnen Samnaun/Ischgl lift facilities, the Alpenquellbad pool, admission to the Local Heritage valley museum and the valley Alpine dairy, as well as the local bus in Samnaun and participation in the Samnaun tourist bureau’s weekly activity programme.
