  - If canceled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In the case of early departure or late arrival, the full booking costs will be charged minus meals and tourist tax.

  - from 1 day before arrival/late arrival/early departure: 100 % of the agreed room rate
  - up to 1 day before agreed arrival: 70 % of the agreed room rate
  - up to 7 days before agreed arrival: 30% of the agreed room rate
  - 2 weeks before agreed arrival: refund of the deposit minus CHF 200.00€ 173,91 handling fee (for bookings over New Year's 4 weeks prior to arrival)
