Cancellation policy
- from 1 day before arrival/late arrival/early departure: 100 % of the agreed room rate
- A cancellation in Summer is until 1 day prior arrival (04:00 p.m.) free of charge.
- 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 70% of the agreed room price
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the agreed room price A cancellation until 14 days prior arrival is free of chargeWe would like to politely inform you that if you pay by credit card, a refund can only be made back to the same card.In case of cancellation, if the charged card is no longer active, we will issue a voucher in the amount of your refund.
Booking guarantee
- To secure your reservation, we will directly debit a deposit of 30% of the agreed room rate from the credit card indicated. Afterwards you will receive your final booking confirmation!
- For the summer season, only your credit card is required as a guarantee, we are not debitting the credit card.
Tourist tax
- The prices are per person and per night without tourist tax
