The earth sauna is an outdoor Finnish sauna and the most popular form of sweat bath. It is based on the repeated alternation between heating up the body and targeted cooling down. In general, sauna visits strengthen our defence system, cleanse and purify the body, support the respiratory organs and strengthen the cardiovascular system. Sauna visits are not recommended for people with cardiovascular problems, thrombosis tendencies, extremely low or high blood pressure, acute infections and acute rheumatism.
