Andrea Sagmeister from Austria is known beyond the borders as a recognized expert in the field of cooking.

Jams, chutneys, jellies, pesto and syrup will all be self-produced by you in the future because it tastes the best.

Book the course best including 4 nights from Wednesday to Sunday from CHF 665 .-- per person in a double room with three 3-course evening menus on the course days in the restaurant "La Pasta" in the partner hotel Chasa Montana. The menus partly use the homemade products of star chef Bernd Fabian.

The course runs daily from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm and can also be booked on a daily basis.
