Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out until 11 a.m.
On request, we will be happy to check the availability of a free early check-in or a free late check-out (only possible at short notice).

Parking

Approximately 200 free parking spaces are available around our ZEGG Hotels. If you wish, you can also reserve a parking space in our underground car park for an additional fee when making your reservation.

Prices excluding local tax

The visitor’s tax is CHF 4.00 per person per night for all guests aged 17 and over. All prices are exclusive of the visitor’s tax.

• Reduced admission to the Alpenquell Adventure Pool

• Activities organised by Samnaun Tourism according to the weekly programme

Cancellation policy for «Non Refundable» bookings:

You`ll receive -10% on your booking on our instead prices. In case of cancellation or early departure a refund is not possible. It is not possible to change the booking.

This rate is not valid on packages offered and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Vereina tickets

All ZEGG Hotels guests can receive discounted Vereina tickets upon request. We will be happy to send them to your e-mail address prior to arrival. Please note that tickets are non-refundable and require advance payment. For your return journey, tickets are available at the reception desk.

Payment methods

• Cash in CHF and EUR
• Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Diners, EC, EDC) - payments in EUR are also possible - (except AMEX), Postcard, Reka cheques / Reka card, Union Pay, JCB
• For all payments made by credit card in advance, we ask you to present the card used for payment on arrival at the hotel for security reasons. Failure to do so may invalidate your deposit and we may not be able to credit it to your hotel bill.

Winter reservations

Deposit

To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the room rate is required at the time of booking. You can pay this by bank transfer in EUR or CHF, or by credit card. Further details will be provided once your booking has been confirmed.

Cancellation conditions

• up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation and refund of the deposit paid
• up to 7 days before arrival: 30 % of the agreed room rate
• from 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 70 % of the agreed room rate
• from 1 day before arrival/late arrival/early departure: 100 % of the agreed room rate

We would like to politely point out that in the case of a credit card payment, a refund is only possible to the same card. If the card charged is no longer active at the time of cancellation, we will be happy to issue a voucher in the amount of your refund.

We reserve the right to grant a price adjustment for short-term reductions in the number of persons and/or length of stay within the cancellation period (from 14 days before arrival).

For your protection, we recommend that you always take out individual travel cancellation insurance so that you can look forward to your holiday with peace of mind! Please contact your insurance agency for this.

Summer reservations

Deposit

To guarantee your reservation in summer, we require a short written confirmation by chat or e-mail. You will receive more detailed information after booking.

Cancellation policy

• Free of charge up to 1 day before arrival (4 p.m.)
• From 1 day before arrival/late arrival/early departure: 100% of the agreed room price

For your protection, we recommend that you always take out individual travel cancellation insurance so that you can look forward to your holiday with peace of mind! Please contact your insurance agency for this.
